I’m glad I found this video. I have been shooting for about 6-7 years and I had no idea my front shoulder issues could be bow hand related. I have been practicing this through the wrist grip with a straight arm for about 3 weeks or so and my shoulder pain is gone. I was even going to see a doctor after the hunting season. I am sleeping better and everything. Not to mention my groups are getting better and with as much as I practice that is awesome.
